We're Hiring - Social Media/Marketing Associate

We are seeking a smart, passionate, and creative Associate to support the growth of our organization.  The Marketing/Social Media Associate will be the main voice of BIF on our social media channels. As our community ambassador, you will be responsible for content creation and facilitation.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

Content Creation and Publication

for E-Newsletter, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Medium, etc...

Skills: copywriting, editing, positioning, creativity, sense of design, formatting content for relevant channels

 

Eyes and Ears

Skills: need to be able to keep finger on the pulse of our current and target communities and larger issues driving change, need to be resourceful and facilitate conversations

 

Analytics

Develop leads by Identifying people in organizations from our areas of impact for further contact

 

Customer Service

Skills: As the front line voice of BIF, need to be able to engage our audience, make connections and be helpful with questions

 

Facilitator

Skills: Must be able to connect people, organizations and ideas; stimulate and actively engage in discussions

 

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in the aforementioned key responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree
