Instructions
Please register for the BIF-6 Summit using the form to the left. Information collected is for the Summit's records. Next, you will be directed to a payment page. You can pay by credit card, or submit a check. Payment must be received within ten business days of receipt of invoice. If payment is not received, your registration will be canceled.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you request cancellation up to 90 days prior to the event ("cancellation deadline"), the refund will be processed by check, less a processing fee of $100 per ticket. Cancellations requested after the cancellation deadline will not be allowed and no refund be granted; however, tickets may be transferred to a substitute participant. Payment due within ten business days of registration.

BIF Members
